If small size piezoelectric ceramic components in stock, their prices are cheap. So the MOQ is at least 5 pcs. We have many sizes in stock. Welcome to inquire! For custom PZT materials, our MOQ is usually 20 pcs. For other more expensive products in stock, it can be only 1pc.

In fact, we have many piezo ceramic elements in stock. Therefore, we can send them out quickly. For custom piezoceramic materials, the lead time is usually 2~3 weeks.

① Firstly, inform the shape of the component. If it is a special shape, it needs the drawing.

② Secondly, specify the type or characteristics of the piezo ceramic material or its application.

③ Thirdly, provide the basic dimensions of the element. In case of disk, please tell the diameter and thickness.

④ Then, inform the frequency. Sometimes, it is also necessary to identify the mode of vibration. In case of disc, the frequency enables to calculate the thickness.

⑤ Finally, select the type of electrode. If you need to weld the wire, please tell us.

Yes. If your quantity is more than 10 pcs, we can provide free soldering service. Of course, if order quantity is many (e.g. 500 pcs), we’ll charge a small fee.

It is the silver electrode. And there are two electrode types for stock. One is solid regular electrode. (That is, positive electrode on one side, and negative electrode on the other side. ) And another type is circular wrap-around feedback (WFB) (Positive and negative electrodes on the same side).

PZT 4 and PZT 8 have high Qm and low dielectric loss. They belong to ferroelectric hard piezo materials. In contrast, PZT 5 has low Qm and high dielectric loss. It belongs to ferroelectric soft piezo material. In addition, if you look for the piezoceramic with high curie temperature, you can choose our PZT-50. Its curie temperature is about 450℃.

In fact, our factory does not manufacture the powder. But if you need, we can also provide it.

No. Our company only produce the PZT and BaTiO3 type materials and components. But if you need PVDF film, we can help to provide it.

(1) They can withstand high temperatures. Usually, their max working temperature is about half of the Curie temperature. Therefore, we can see that different materials have different temperature resistance. For example, PZT-5a can withstand temperature about 140°C. PZT-5h can bear temperature about 110°C. PZT-4 can withstand up to 170°C. And PZT-8 can work at 150℃. But BaTiO3 lead-free piezoelectric ceramics to be different. Operating temperature is much lower than PZT ceramics. Generally, it is about 55 ℃.

(2) Piezo ceramics can also work at low temperatures. Generally it is about -25 ℃.

① Firstly, do not expose to air for a long time. Otherwise, silver will oxidize. When getting the product, we should use it as soon as possible. Otherwise, it needs to pack them well.

② Do not expose to corrosive environment.

③ Please don’t clean the piezoceramic with ultrasonic cleaner.

④ In addition, piezoelectric ceramic elements are brittle. So we have to use bubble wrap to pack them.

⑤ Finally, do not exceed the storage temperature (-10~45℃).

The warranty of our piezo electric components is 1 year.
